After trying an assortment of creams, moisturizers, and lotions to relieve eczema on my baby's face and my arms, I finally decided to create a natural and organic solution to our flare ups. This has been the only product that has had long-lasting results. When using, my son doesn’t claw at his face and my flaky skin becomes smooth and loses its irritation. This luxurious lotion bar is made with only four ingredients:
Organic Shea Butter- packed with fatty acids and vitamins which gives it anti-inflammatory and healing properties; this ingredient is best known for making skin soft and supple by helping it retain moisture.
Golden Jojoba Oil- extremely similar to sebum which makes it a fantastic skin softener. It prevents flakiness and improves skin elasticity, and has a high Vitamin E content. Vitamin E moisturizes and protects, speeds up healing, prevents scarring and is often used in treating psoriasis.
Sweet Almond Oil- filled with antioxidants and can provide aid in skin conditions like acne, dermatitis, and eczema.
Beeswax- provides a protective barrier to help lock in moisture and shield your skin from environmental irritants and dry weather. It is non-pore blocking so is great for those with sensitive and acne-prone skin, and it smooths fine lines.
We also offer a scented version as the shea butter can be strong to some people. Lavender Essential Oil diluted to 0.5% for children’s safety gives this version of our lotion bar a calming and more delicate aroma. Do not use the Lavender scented lotion bars on infants under 3 months of age.
