0125: never before sold at markets or online, this bright honey is sweet with floral notes and a light tartness to balance the sweetness. Light in color.

0225: customer favorite and currently sold out! This honey has a bold, fruity flavor with more depth and notes of currant, wild cherry, and blackberry. Very dark in color.

0325: classic, beloved Mosermade summer flavor; much lighter, more superficial flavor (all front end sweetness), with floral notes. Light amber in color.

0425: definition of a fall honey; autumnal with notes of cinnamon, anise, butterscotch, and caramel followed by a slight smokiness that adds depth. Amber in color.
